He is the Chairman of the Association of Brain-based Learning in Education and served as the project manager, principal trainer, guest speaker, part-time tutor and education consultant of different sections of Education Bureau, Tertiary Institutions, Primary and Secondary Schools in Hong Kong.

From 2000-2003, she was the part-time tutor of the Thinking Qualities Initiative of the Hong Kong Baptist University and was awarded by the institute as the 21st Century Thinking Teacher., She was certified as an International Brain-Based Trainer by the Jensen Learning Cooperation and also recognized by Professor Arthur L.

Michele De Bellis

Michele's professional work for the last twelve years has focused on educational reform prioritizing the understanding of both content and leadership development within all levels of a PK–16 system. At the El Paso Collaborative for Academic Excellence, Michele was the Director of K–12 Math and Science Partnership and previously served as the Director for Leadership Development and Director for Literacy. During these years she provided leadership for school administrators and school-based coaches in standards-based teaching and learning.

Marie has led professional development in Finland, The Neatherlands and across Norway and Sweden and is the author of five books about Thinking and Learning skills.

Marie is certified as an Associate Trainer in `de Bono Thinking´.

In 2003 Marie was awarded the Nordic School Leader Prize by the Nordic School Leaders Organization.

He graduated with honours in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore and obtained a Masters of Education from the RMIT University in Melbourne. He has authored several books, including an award winning “Phonics Zoo”, “My Little Thinking Book”, his latest being the “Habits of S.U.C.C.E.S.S.”
